Abstract:
Functional zoning and differentiated management of national parks and other protected areas are important approaches to coordinate the relationship between ecological protection and sustainable development. We summarized three models of zoning and control of protected areas, the development process of the existing national park zoning control and related policies in terms of strict protection of core resources and sustainable utilization of suitable areas, analyzed the current policy implementation situation. We also clarified the problems of insufficient requirement on zoning, incomplete regulation on differentiated management, insufficient technological support, and propose corresponding protection measures and suggestions This will provide reference for coordinating the relationship between national park protection and development and promoting the high-quality development of national parks.
