Spatial planning of national parks in China

  • 摘要: 国家公园是我国自然保护地最重要的类型之一, 也是自然保护地体系的主体。国家公园的空间布局是自然保护地体系规划的关键。提出国家公园布局原则、依据和目标, 确定由评估区经备选区至候选区的遴选方法, 基于39个自然生态地理区, 遴选出46个陆域、3个陆海统筹和3个海域共52个国家公园候选区。分析评估国家公园候选区的空间分布情况, 东部湿润半湿润生态大区19个, 西部干旱半干旱生态大区8个, 青藏高原高寒生态大区9个, 海域生态地理区3个, 契合国家生态安全战略格局和“三区四带”生态保护修复布局。在正式设立5个国家公园的基础上, 提出国家公园设立条件。从空间布局角度规划我国国家公园体系, 以期为构建全世界最大的国家公园体系奠定基础, 推进中国特色自然保护地体系健康发展。

     

    Abstract: National park is one of the most important types of natural protected area in China, and also the main body of natural protected area system. The planning of spatial distribution of national parks is the key to establishing the natural protected area system. In this paper, we list national parks arrangement principles, important bases and expected goals in the first place, and then put forward the selection method of "from assessment regions via alternative regions to the candidate regions". Meanwhile, we analyze the spatial distribution of 52 candidate regions of national parks, and also explore their planning and construction in different stages. Our research would provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for China′s national park construction, and also promote the planning and construction of the natural protected area system.
