Conservation value and management model of Three-River-Source National Park

Three-River-Source National Park, one of the first five national parks established in China with the largest area, high biodiversity located in the highest altitude area. After more than five years of pilot exploration and one year of construction, this national park successfully completed the important mission of experience accumulation for ecological civilization construction, and a model for the national parks construction. This paper summarizes the core conservation values, construction practices of this national park, proposes its development plans. This will serve as a reference for the future construction of national parks in China.
